How do I join?

Online, here, in about two minutes: pick a plan, make an account and add a payment method. Nothing is charged. Then walk into any Rejoes store, pick your pieces off the racks and staff scan your Pass at the counter — that is when your month starts. You can also sign up in store, with a member of staff.

Which store can I use?

Any of the 22. Your Pass works at every Rejoes counter, so you can pick pieces up in one city and hand them back in another.

When do I pay?

We charge nothing when you sign up. Your membership month starts the first time staff scan your Pass in store, and we take your first payment about 30 days after that visit. If you never come in, we take it 30 days after signing up.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear is part of the deal: we expect you to wear the clothes. Tell the staff when you bring the item back and we sort it out together at the counter.

What if I want to keep something?

Keep it for another month as part of your fit, or buy it at the counter with your 20% member discount.

How does swapping work?

Bring the pieces you are done with back to the store. Staff take them in and you pick replacements off the rack. How many swaps you get per month depends on your plan.

Can I cancel?

The monthly plan runs month to month: cancel it and you keep your fit until the month you have paid for closes. The 3- and 12-month plans cost less per month because they are a minimum term — you can cancel from the day that term ends. And whichever plan you pick, you have 14 days after signing up to change your mind.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Bring someone along to the store and they can browse the racks with you. They need their own membership to take pieces home.
